Appointments
Our goal is to make appointment scheduling as easy as possible. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible.

Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans, to include Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medicare, Texas and Oklahoma Medicaid, CHIPs, TRICARE, and Healthchoice. We also accomodate private pay patients. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.
